This role plans, executes, and oversees all contract financial activities to ensure that Work Assignment Orders (WAOs) and Work-Breakdown Structures (WBSs) are properly estimated, recorded, tracked, reconciled, and reported in accordance with TEAS PWS, Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB), and Department of War (DoW) financial requirements. Prepare and submit accurate, timely invoices and financial vouchers; provide daily electronic cost data files in Government-specified format (WBS, ACRN, funding, costs, balances, percent spent).
