Services include: Inspection and management of federally owned facilities within the Field Office, including maintenance and operational inspections in accordance with applicable GSA property management principles, SOPs, and guidelines. The Contractor shall provide Contract Facility Manager/Building Manager (CFM) support services to the assigned GSA Facility, Field Office or Service Center.
