Develop Working Knowledge of Machinery, Software, and Integrated Systems: Learn and maintain a working understanding of the machinery, software platforms, and digital tools used across the project lifecycle, including how each system is configured and how they connect to downstream and upstream workflows Use this working knowledge to identify process gaps, improve system handoffs, and ensure workflows are designed in alignment with real-world tool behavior and operational capabilities Serve as a "bridge" between operations and technology teams by ensuring processes account for both human and system factors.
