Functions include coordinating and directing subcontractors, procurement of material and equipment, overseeing of all safety aspects of the project, professionally communicating with the client and with internal departments within the company, ensures high quality, oversees production and logistics, works closely with city officials to coordinate applicable inspections, and manages other site work related to a project. Min Qualifications: We are looking for an individual who has previous commercial construction experience in building K-12 educational facilities (10 or more years of experience is preferred) as well as; Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings, plans, and other specifications.
