 Seek Now is searching for capable 1099 independent sub-contractors to provide accurate, impartial, and complete home and commercial property inspections.Our 1099 Field Inspectors are the frontline experts who assist and collect data for our clients in the Property Insurance, Facility Management, and Real Estate sectors.

Duty 5: Function as general contractor for self-performed and/or subcontracted construction and repair/maintenance projects including estimating the project cost, establishing the project completion timeline and communicating construction activities to management.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITIONPerforms day-to-day maintenance of interior surfaces including decoration of new facilities, renovating existing facilities, equipment or furniture. Paints, stains, hangs wall covering, lays floor coverings, obtains quotes, coordinate and monitor projects under the direction of the Construction Manager.
