We partner with property managers, asset managers, and real estate investors to keep properties secure, compliant, and market-ready. We are seeking experienced independent preservation contractors for ongoing work.<hr/><h3>Job Summary</h3>We are looking for a dependable Property Preservation Contractor (1099) to complete preservation services on a per-work-order basis. Contractors must be able to work independently, follow preservation guidelines, and meet required timelines and quality standards.<hr/><h3>Scope of Work Includes</h3><ul><li>Grass cutting and lawn maintenance</li><li>Lockbox installation</li><li>Lock changes and re-keys</li><li>Weatherization / winterization services</li><li>Roof repairs and temporary roof sealing</li><li>Mold treatment and remediation (basic preservation-level)</li><li>Property inspections and condition reporting</li><li>Board-ups and property securing</li><li>Trash-outs, debris removal, and cleanouts</li><li>Before-and-after photo documentation</li><li>Submitting bid requests for additional repairs</li><li>General property preservation and maintenance work</li></ul><hr/><h3>Contractor Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience in property preservation / REO work</li><li>Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099)</li><li>Own tools, equipment, and work vehicle</li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to complete ABC Check-In when required</li><li>Familiarity with PPW systems is a plus, not required</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor</li><li>General liability insurance preferred</li></ul><hr/><h3>Pay</h3><ul><li>Competitive per-work-order or per-scope pay</li><li>Consistent work volume for reliable contractors</li><li>Fast payment after completion and approval</li></ul><hr/><h3>How to Apply</h3>If you are an experienced Property Preservation Contractor seeking steady work, apply through JazzHR.
