<div>Genesis10 is currently seeking a Construction Manager II / III for an onsite position with a Major Utility Company located in Holmdel, NJ. Pay range: $45.00-60.00 per Hour This role involves leading a major renovation project, requiring strong field oversight, contractor coordination, and a proven commitment to safety. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily engagement with project stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure all personnel on site follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment</li><li>Conduct regular site audits, including safety, plans, and specifications compliance</li><li>Enforce environmental compliance across the job site</li><li>Participate in daily job briefs with the general contractor</li><li>Verify that general contractors build and install according to approved designs</li><li>Monitor day to day construction progress and address delays, emergencies, or issues that arise</li><li>Coordinate activities and resource levels across general contractors and subcontractors</li><li>Review and analyze construction schedules, monitor critical path activities, and identify potential delays</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly progress reports</li><li>Capture and document major construction milestones with photos and written summaries</li><li>Develop, review, and maintain project documentation, including programming documents, scopes, specifications, project plans, contracts, bid packages, BOMs, and requisitions</li><li>Lead and document weekly construction meetings</li><li>Prepare status reports covering scope, budget, schedule, risks, and mitigation strategies</li><li>Identify quality requirements and oversee the project's quality assurance program</li><li>Review and approve contractor provided procedures when required</li><li>Review Method of Procedures (MOPs), submittals, RFIs, and pay applications</li><li>Interpret and explain design, engineering, or construction documents</li><li>Act as a liaison between our client, contractors, the design team, and building management</li><li>Engage internal and external project stakeholders including architects, engineers, IT, security, general contractors, and specialty trades</li><li>Ensure project close out activities, punch lists, and lessons learned reviews are completed</li><li>Support commissioning efforts and track scope gaps as needed</li><li>Assist with value engineering evaluations and recommendations</li><li>Support additional project management duties as assigned</li><li>Work outside regular business hours as required</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical)</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering, finance, construction, project controls, or project organization</li><li>Experience reading, interpreting, and understanding architectural, mechanical, electrical, or structural drawings</li><li>Strong project management capability with the ability to manage and control multiple tasks</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills</li><li>Strong team orientation and ability to work cross functionally</li><li>Positive attitude and proactive approach</li></ul> Desired skills:<ul><li>PMP certification</li><li>Experience with MS Project, scheduling, or resource planning tools</li><li>AutoCAD experience</li><li>Detailed project controls experience</li></ul> Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. We are looking for the following:  Delivery Contractor<ul><li>Involves picking up orders at Home Depot and delivering to job sites or customer homes</li><li>attention to order delivery detail is a must</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must have a 26' box truck.
