In this role, you will design and lead engaging fitness classes for active independent living residents (age 62+) and staff, with a focus on supporting balance, mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Classes may include, but are not limited to: indoor cycling, yoga, interval training, strength, and mindfulness.This is an as-needed contractor assignment with flexible scheduling.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver safe, effective, and engaging group fitness sessions tailored to older adults and staff.</li><li>Incorporate cardiorespiratory, balance, mobility, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cognitive/emotional, and/or mindfulness practices.</li><li>Maintain professional standards of health, safety, and wellness.</li><li>Represent RiverMead's values of care, community, and well-being.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Valid group fitness certification</li><li>Current CPR certification.</li><li>Proof of comprehensive liability insurance.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working with an aging population, preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a contractor role.</li></ul><h3>Independent Contractor Status</h3>The Contractor, under the code of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), is an independent contractor, and neither the Contractor's employees nor contract personnel are or shall be deemed, the Client's employees.

Take measurements with a measuring wheel or with online tools as needed.· Interviews the Insured for operations information, ages of the building systems, etc.· Communicates inspection status through online application.· Completes the inspection report on the web-based Loss Control 360 system with Rapid Sketch.
