Job Details Responsibilities: <ul><li> Establish and maintain construction schedule, identifying and solving problems as needed.</li><li> Direct all field personnel and activities in accordance with project schedule through completion of final punch list.</li><li> Ensure the highest quality workmanship is provided.</li><li> Order materials and schedule necessary inspections.</li><li> Promote jobsite safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify jobsite hazards.</li><li> Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.</li><li> Ensure compliance with company safety policy by all employees and contractors.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)</li><li> 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor</li><li> A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams</li><li> Prior experience with both commercial tenant improvements and structural projects (life science, advanced technology, and corporate office/campus experience strongly preferred)</li><li> In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc.</li><li> Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project (or related scheduling programs)</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
