This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including Development, Design, Construction, Power, Finance, Operations, and Government Affairs, to structure and execute large-scale infrastructure projects in a rapidly scaling environment. This is a leadership role responsible for driving complex "dirt-to-data-center" development projects, including land acquisition, entitlements, permitting, construction, development, deal structuring, financing, and government stakeholder engagement.
