The Estimator will support projects from early preconstruction through final pricing, working closely with project managers, superintendents, and operations leadership to develop clear, accurate, and reliable cost estimates. Their work spans casinos, resorts, convention centers, immersive entertainment venues, retail, restaurants, and major tenant improvements, often operating as general contractor, construction manager, and owner's representative.
