Manage preparation of startup reports, performance test documentation, and as-built record drawings.Direct training programs for Micron utilities operators on new wastewater treatment systems including process operations, upset condition response, maintenance protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ensure smooth transition from construction to operations with comprehensive O&M documentation.Regulatory Compliance and PermittingEnsure all wastewater construction activities comply with NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) permits, pretreatment standards, stormwater pollution prevention plans, and air quality permits for wastewater treatment facilities. Coordinate permit modifications required for capacity expansions or process changes.Maintain awareness of semiconductor-specific discharge parameters including total toxic organics (TTO), priority pollutant metals, fluoride, ammonia, BOD/COD, TSS, and pH. Ensure treatment systems are designed and constructed to achieve consistent regulatory compliance with adequate margin.Interface with environmental compliance teams regarding waste minimization initiatives, pollution prevention programs, and sustainable water management strategies.
