Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.</li><li>Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.</li><li>Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.</li><li>Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. </li><li>Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.</li><li>Regular and reliable attendance.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>Serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.</li><li>Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.</li><li>Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.</li><li>Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality stand-ards. As we continue our rapid expansion in 3D virtual tours and property data collection, your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be essential in helping us provide top-quality results to our clients.Position Overview:As a Property Data Collector, you will employ Asteroom's cutting-edge equipment and user-friendly mobile apps to capture critical property data and create immersive 360° property tours.
