We specialize in same day rush deliveries of important, sometimes lifesaving, packages. Most work is On-Demand, meaning orders are called in and delivered on the same day. Occasional scheduled and routed work may be available when our primary on-demand customers desire it.Dash Courier & Logistics is a 24/7/365 operation, and we are onboarding drivers for all shifts - Specifically drivers with open availability. Having consistent availability (8+hours/day) and great attention to detail will also help drivers achieve success. Preference is given to candidates who currently live within a commutable distance to Charleston.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Leading all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project close-out</li><li>Managing schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and daily field operations</li><li>Enforcing safety standards and maintaining a strong jobsite safety culture</li><li>Ensuring quality control and adherence to plans, specifications, and company standards</li><li>Coordinating with project management, ownership, and inspection teams</li><li>Driving productivity, schedule adherence, and successful project delivery</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Extensive experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on ground-up multifamily apartment projects</li><li>Proven success managing projects in the $30M–$50M
