Prior experience in LOB Risk, Operational Risk, or ERM roles within a large, complex organization Strong handson experience with: o Issue management o Risk committees or governance forums Comfortable operating in evolving frameworks and judgmentheavy environments Able to quickly integrate, execute, and support without requiring continuous direction Team Dynamic: Team of 6 people Roles and Responsibilities: Risk Program Execution & Consultation Support the execution of HRs LOB risk management programs in alignment with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks. HR Risk Committee (HRRC) & Governance Support Provide execution support for the HR Risk Committee (HRRC), including: o Drafting and framing risk discussions and issue summaries o Supporting preparation of HRRC materials o Tracking followups and ensuring timely completion of action items Support defensibility and consistency of materials prepared under enhanced 2LOD expectations.
