Responsibilities

<ul><li> Build, repair, modify, and maintain precision tooling, dies, fixtures, and components </li><li> Set up, troubleshoot, and support production on US Baird and Waterbury Farrel presses </li><li> Diagnose tooling and press-related issues to minimize downtime </li><li> Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and specifications </li><li> Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and optical comparators </li><li> Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve tooling performance </li><li> Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and related equipment </li><li> Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety and quality standards </li></ul>
