<p style="margin:0in 0in 0.0001pt;line-height:normal;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif"><a href="https://www.naphcare.com/" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" style="color:#0563c1;text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">NaphCare</a> is hiring a <strong>Pharmacy Consultant Contractor </strong>to join our team of medical professionals in <strong>Mendocino, CA </strong>to help<strong> conduct quarterly audits. </strong>This job would take an average of <strong>4</strong><strong>-7 hours per quarter.   </strong></p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:'calibri';font-size:11pt"> </p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:'arial';font-size:10.5pt;color:black">The <strong>Pharmacy Consultant Contractor</strong> provides clinical review and appropriate multi-disciplinary communication relative to the review of patient information.  The individual in this position is also responsible for reviewing and documenting the accuracy of prescription drugs that have been re-packaged in the pharmacy.  This position is accountable for executing quality assurance checks of prescriptions filled by technicians or pharmacists to ensure and document that prescriptions are filled correctly.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:'arial';font-size:10.5pt;color:black"> </p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:'arial';font-size:10.5pt;color:black">The hourly pay rate for this position is<strong> $86.00/hour.</strong></p>

Responsibilities:
<p style="margin:0in;font-family:'arial';font-size:10.5pt;color:black"><strong>Performance Expectations:</strong></p><ul style="direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in"><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;color:black">Performs quality assurance check on new orders to ensure correctness</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;color:black">Communicates with providers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and documentation of new or questionable orders</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;color:black">Completes work activities to meet or exceed customer expectations in a timely manner</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;color:black">Advise NaphCare on CA pharmacy regulatory matters</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;color:black">Serve as NaphCare's authorized agent with the CA Board of Pharmacy</li></ul>

Qualifications:
