Responsibilities:
We are looking for the following:<ul><li>Inground basketball hoop installers</li></ul>involves assembly and of in ground basketball systems. We are looking for people with pick-up trucks, cargo vans, or sprinter vans. Experience with concrete is preferred. Additional work with fitness equipment and furniture is also available.

Qualifications:
If your team can meet these expectations, we want you as our next contractor!<ul><li>Experience with concrete is preferred</li><li>Must own or lease cargo van, sprinter, or smaller box truck. Other vehicles may be reviewed</li><li>Must have a reliable helper.  Two-man teams required.</li><li>Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications</li><li>Must have an EIN (federal tax ID) - This can be obtained (free) at irs.gov </li><li>Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations</li><li>DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.</li><li>Must comply with your state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work</li><li>Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors including helpers</li><li>MVR are performed for all driving contractors</li><li>You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service, be tech savvy with a mobile phone and excellent communication skills<hr/><a href="https://www.aitworldwide.com/" rel="noopener nofollow noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Visit our Site to Learn more about AIT Worldwide!">Visit our Site to Learn more about AIT Worldwide!</a></li></ul>

As a Field Inspector covering Yalobusha County, you will perform residential occupancy verifications. These are brief, exterior visits to confirm property status and report on general conditions.<ul><li>Autonomy: You manage your own routing, schedule, and territory.</li><li>Efficiency: Standard inspections are designed for speed, typically requiring only 5–6 minutes on-site.</li><li>Consistency: Enjoy stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county.</li></ul><h3>Workflow & Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.</li><li>Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.</li><li>Maintain a high level of reliability regarding territory coverage and deadlines.</li></ul>Note: This role requires spending extended periods of time driving and making numerous stops throughout the day in your assigned territory. This territory covers a spacious rural county with longer drives between stops. A fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads are especially valuable.<h3>Requirements</h3>As an independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own equipment, including:<ul><li>Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle.</li><li>Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps.</li><li>Computer with an internet connection and a printer.</li><li>Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.</li><li>Ability to pass a standard background check.</li></ul><h3>Earnings & Volume</h3><ul><li>Flat-Rate Pay: This is a 1099 position where you are paid a set fee for every inspection completed.</li><li>Earning Potential: While pay is per-inspection, efficient contractors typically earn the equivalent of $25–$35 per hour.</li><li>Volume: Rates and inspection volume vary by county.
