Ideal applicants are knowledgeable in maintenance, including the areas of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, general HVAC, dry wall repair, painting, and tiling.  Independent Contractors contribute to the maintenance of the community homes where individuals Passavant Memorial Homes is privileged to serve reside as well as the associated offices and facilities, creating comfortable and productive living and work environments.  Facility types include both residential and office settings. Applicant must be able to successfully complete maintenance, grounds keeping, and snow removal at our Rochester campus.
