Own the sealift plan end-to-end: working with client's leadership to develop the detailed loading plan to meet program objectives, coordinate barge scheduling with the marine contractor, develop detailed barge-by-barge load plans for each of the 8–10 loads, and manage cargo sequencing to align with site construction priorities.
