The Clinical Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for recruitment of clinical and medical professionals for contract assessment work. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing Independent Contractors, as well as documenting and updating recruiting tools such as Excel and Smartsheet.
