Work with Site teams, manage and oversee key improvements to increase shop efficiency and effectiveness such as work routing, planning, scheduling, purchasing, streamlined approvals, and online technical data lookup with goal of exceeding 40% wrench-time by end of year 3 (using workorder completion as a proxy). The Production Manager manages, oversees, and optimizes the full, end to end (E2E) production process including support functions such as scheduling, logistics, subcontractors, external communications, asset management, maintenance optimization, reliability, and reporting.
