Onsite POC for design teams, subs and owners.Essential Functions<ol><li>Input and track employee time to the correct phases for the work being performed.</li><li>Update short interval schedule for weekly progress meetings.</li><li>Track production man-hours and assess percentage complete on all high risk self-performed labor activities.</li><li>Keep project managers informed of all activities by regularly checking your email, calendar, phone, and voicemail.</li><li>Review contract drawings, specifications, submittals, and shop drawings for errors, omissions, and conflicts.</li><li>Write detailed RFI’s when conflicts or clarification of documents are needed.</li><li>Facilitate weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to minimize conflicts and avoid trade stacking.</li><li>Conduct and/or assist with crew hiring, drug screening, and new-hire orientation.</li><li>Assist subcontractors with work plans, schedules, jobsite orientation, and safety/quality expectations.</li><li>Conduct weekly all-hands Toolbox Talk (TBT) safety meetings and provide documentation.</li><li>Responsible for safety, quality & productivity of work site to ensure that:</li><li>Everyone goes home safely to their family each night.</li><li>That all work is done right the first time.</li><li>Always strive to improve work efficiency.</li><li>Directs the activities of workers engaged in the construction of buildings or other projects.</li><li>Reads and interprets plans and specifications; examines and inspects work progress and site.</li><li>Supervises, directs and coordinates activities of labor, subcontractors and deliveries.</li><li>Meets with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory job progress.</li><li>Ensures all reports and records are completed in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Records information such as personnel, production, and operations data.</li><li>Analyzes worker and production problems; improves production methods.</li><li>Understands and adheres to safety and quality control requirements.</li><li>Confers with managers and technical associates in order to coordinate activities.</li><li>Verifies safety and design specifications are met.</li><li>Conducts and participates in safety meetings.</li><li>Prepares schedules and supervises completion of final punch list.</li></ol>Skills, Knowledge and Abilities<ol><li>Able to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications</li><li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume</li><li>Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines</li><li>Extremely organized and exhibit a high attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members</li><li>Available to work overtime if necessary</li><li>Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).</li></ol> Position RequirementsEducation and/or Experience<ol><li>5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.</li><li>Associates degree in construction science or management, or equivalent combination of training and work experience.</li><li>Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically commercial and industrial general contracting.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to speak clearly and articulate using proper grammar.</li><li>Ability to maintain a good attendance record.</li><li>Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word).</li><li>Skilled working in scheduling (Phoenix) and PDF mark-up (BlueBeam) software.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in ERP system software (Viewpoint)</li><li>In depth ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and other related contract documents.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement work plans that encompass safety, quality & productivity.</li><li>Knowledgeable in the sequence of work activities (i.e. which step in the building process happens next).</li><li>Understand and be able to assist project managers with compiling complete schedules and maintaining short interval schedules.</li><li>Demonstrate leadership qualities: leading by example; good listening skills; showing crew members how to work safely and efficiently; conducting all affairs with honesty, fairness, and integrity.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to prioritize work activities and demonstrate good time management skills.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.</li></ol>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS<ol><li>Competitive pay = $120,000 to $140,000 annual salary.</li><li>Annual Bonus; depends upon individual and company performance.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO ,401k plan, Paid Holidays, and additional voluntary benefits.</li></ol> <a href="https://www.click2apply.net/jomplDTVjdwL4cnJJtjndZ" rel="nofollow">Apply Here</a> PI281390571
