8-10+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on complex greenfield data center delivery or critical facilities projects as a general contractor / GC, Engineering Firm, Developer, or End User, including direct accountability for project financial performance, manage budgets and schedule execution from project inception to completion. Serve as the primary point of accountability with internal / external stakeholders, senior leadership, and vendors for scope, quality, schedule, ensuring adherence to financial targets and keeping to the budget, tracking costs, forecasts, and addressing critical path conflicts as needed and to meet key milestones.
