Overview:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manages and maintains all field personnel; conducts weekly meetings with Builders.</li><li>Coordinates with planning and building officials.</li><li>Sets, maintains and expedites production schedules.</li><li>Interfaces and communicates regularly with Construction Department Head, subcontractors, sales counselors and homeowners; coordinates with all departments on schedules.</li><li>Ensures staff complies with Company safety and quality control standards as well as any agency standards.</li><li>Ensures job sites are using correct quality of material per plans and specifications, coordinates supply and material handling.</li><li>Assists with development of option cut-off dates.</li><li>Ensures maintenance of all site appearances.</li><li>Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.</li></ul>

Education & Experience:
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in construction related field/equivalent experience preferred.</li><li>At least Ten years of progressive responsibility with proven fast-track builder, of which two years should have been in</li><li>General Superintendent function.</li></ul>

Skills & Abilities:

This contract-based 1099 position offers flexible scheduling, unlimited earning potential, and consistent daily routes.<br/><br/>As an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, you will pick up orders from designated retail store locations and deliver them directly to customers’ homes. All deliveries are local, drop-off-only, with no installation, assembly, or special handling required.
