Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from a four-year college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology Inc. (ABET) with one to three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline. Extensive knowledge of and ability to apply diverse engineering principles and economic and decision analysis studies of complex issues to area problems, including generation process, fuels planning, financial and regulatory issues, asset utilization, and environmental controls and regulations.
