Additionally, if you possess sales skills, we will offer you the opportunity to assist with prospective client visits, performing a walkthrough of their facility, and estimation of cleaning production time and materials for that location. Duties and Responsibilities: <ol><li>Learn the account requirements and ensure proper work coverage. Works as an Independent contractor (IC) demonstrating ability to perform work scope. This may include, but is not limited to: trash removal, dusting, disinfecting, mopping, sweeping, backpack carpet vacuuming, servicing restrooms, client supply inventory management, window washing, carpet cleaning, mechanical scrubber, cleaning production rate estimation, etc.</li><li>Find and define problems, resolve issues, and use these in making appropriate recommendations to 360clean office staff, cleaning staff, and/or customer contact to exercise continuous quality improvement.</li><li>Addresses customer concerns and inquiries and reports any new or changing job/work orders.</li><li>Ensure approved supply and equipment is provided (must have own equipment and cleaning chemicals) and ensures proper usage and keeps tools in good repair. Maintains backpack vacuum cleaner, mop/bucket, launders mop heads and microfiber cloths.</li><li>Ensures appropriate chemical labeling, dilution, and storage requirements are conducted in accordance with company, customer and OSHA standards.</li><li>On the job training for helper cleaners to job-specific tasks.</li><li>Participates in ensuring effective communication and distribution of information to customers and helper cleaners.</li><li>Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies, customer’s rules and regulations and applicable laws when needed.</li><li>Assists with administrative tasks involving custodial personnel and facilities as directed.</li><li>Coordinates, assigns and inspects the work of assigned custodial staff, including regular review and revisions of custodial task assignment sheets. Provides guidance and training as needed.</li><li>Coordinates regular and substitute cleaning team member staff coverage.</li><li>Develops and implements 360clean JaniMed custodial cleaning procedures, routines and training as necessary. </li></ol>Qualifications: <ol><li>Valid Driver’s License</li><li>Minimum 1 - 3 years Commerical Cleaning or Cleaning Supervisor experience. Utilizes detailed capacity plans, and interfaces with area managers and supervisors and/or production teams. Essential Job Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Issue detailed schedule for each asset based on a final time-phased production plan.</li><li>Manage daily production schedules during planning horizon.</li><li>Manage production details in line with business strategy (cost, rate, inventory and uptime).</li><li>Assure schedule is continually maintained and communicated throughout the supply chain.</li><li>Highlight and actively participate in the identification and   resolution of inventory, customer order issues, and quality issues as they develop.  Work closely with Master scheduler and order planning personnel.</li><li>Communicate production issues, supply changes, deviations from plan and potential resolutions to appropriate parties.</li><li>Coordinate secondary processing of finished product (e.g., rework and repackaging).</li><li>Manage performance standards and analysis methods to compare actual production performance against the established standards.</li><li>Monitoring process orders & assuring closed as needed, accurate process orders are used to maintain system & data integrity</li><li>Primary interface between manufacturing and supply chain. </li><li>Works with manufacturing to optimize the plant schedule along with manufacturing capabilities.</li><li>Co-ordinates the production planning with maintenance planning and scheduling needs.</li><li>Validate material availability against asset schedule</li><li>Will utilize SAP as the primary tool for asset management (must have experience with SAP)</li></ul>Deliverables:<ul><li>Valid Detailed Daily Schedule</li><li>Valid Master data (supports Daily Schedule and BOM and recipe)</li><li>Communication of Daily Schedule</li><li>Detailed Daily schedule adheres to policy/guidelines</li><li>Support process improvement for the production schedule</li></ul>Metrics/Performance:<ul><li>Production Schedule Compliance (Performance & Stability)</li><li>Process order compliance.</li></ul> Required Skills & Experience:
