<div><strong>MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT -  PER DIEM INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR <br/>COVERAGE: </strong>HAZLETON AREA <br/><strong>PAY RANGE</strong>: $24 - $40 PER EXAM<strong><br/><br/>JOB DETAILS:</strong></div><ul><li>Must be willing to travel to client's location for appointments.</li><li>Availability required is for 1-2 weekdays from 9am - 1pm and 1 Saturday morning a month, other availability to schedule clients would be a plus including any afternoons or early evenings.</li><li>Paid on a fee per case basis twice a month.</li><li>Accurately labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, documentation of health histories, manual vital signs, and obtaining EKG's when needed (will train with our equipment).</li><li>Call clients, schedule them, centrifuge SST, scan paperwork when finished & complete out in the portal, FedEx out all specimens.</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish a plus.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</strong></div><ul><li>Professional, responsible, and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Reliable transportation, current Driver's License & Auto insurance.</li><li>Must have computer with internet access, a printer to print orders and documents.</li><li>YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN: BP cuffs ( reg. & large). Stethoscope, scale that goes to 360 lbs., metal tape measure.  Blood and urine kits will be provided to you along with a centrifuge and EKG machine.</li><li>BACKGROUND CHECK AND URINE DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED.</li></ul>
