Work with internal and external resources to lead the creation and internal socialization of comprehensive brand guidelines including brand narrative, visual identity, verbal identity and tone of voice across marketing teams, external agencies and consultants, the customer experience team, product development, talent and recruitment teams, sales teams and other cross-functional partners. Collaborate with design teams or agencies to translate brand strategy into visual elements, including templates, logos, color schemes, and visual design guidelines; oversee the consistent implementation of the brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
