This position will work in conjunction with Capital Strategy and Optimization and Design Management to develop strategies, initiatives and programs targeted to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of HCA’s capital construction investment and/ or combat apposing industry forces i.e. escalation, product availability, skilled labor, etc. The position will develop, implement and enforce specific strategies to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of HCA’s capital construction investments and/ or strategies to combat opposing industry forces i.e. cost escalation, limited product availability, declining skilled labor, etc.
