Responsible for construction services across the region through coordinating and planning refrigeration construction projects and jobs; provides estimates for sales proposals and job bids; forecasts manpower requirements; manages financial performance on projects and jobs including analysis and reporting on job status and performance; maintains positive working relationships and coordination with General Contractors and subcontractors; and ensures customer satisfaction. Promotes and fosters teamwork within Regional Construction Branches by setting specific goals, monitoring and analyzing jobs as they proceed, forecasting current and future manpower requirements as needed, and appraising individual and group performance to establish highly competent teams.
