What You'll Do You'll be responsible for new account acquisition and development, as well as upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients. Most of your time will be spent closing the deal with mid-sized business prospects and clients. You also have the following qualifications: Minimum: <ul><li> 8 years of experience in a related field. </li></ul><ul><li> OR a BS/BA degree in a related discipline with 4 years of experience in a related field. </li></ul><ul><li> OR a MS/MA degree in a related discipline with 2 years of experience in a related field. </li></ul><ul><li> OR a Ph.D. in a related discipline. </li></ul><ul><li> A valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation. </li></ul><ul><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li> A successful track record meeting and exceeding sales goals. </li></ul><ul><li> Proficiency using Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office and a CRM- customer relationship management tool. </li></ul> Preferred: <ul><li> Successful experience with B2B outside sales with quotas. </li></ul><ul><li> Telecommunications, technology or cloud sales experience. </li></ul><ul><li> Field sales, pipeline development, new lead generation and prospecting experience. </li></ul> Exciting things are happening at Cox, and we'd love to share them with you. Apply today! USD 52,300.00 - 78,500.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $52,300.00 - $78,500.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $62,800.00. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
