Applicants must clearly demonstrate in their supplemental question responses, supported by information provided in their resume, how their education, training, and/or experience meet each of the following minimum qualifications: Experience: At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience involving transportation decarbonization projects or programs, such as vehicle electrification and charging infrastructure, bike and pedestrian infrastructure, multi-modal and active transportation projects that increase access, and mode shift initiatives that reduce carbon emissions. Transportation decarbonization work at PCEF is broad and may include active transportation, bike and pedestrian infrastructure, complete streets implementation, mode shift initiatives, e-bike and e-scooter access, shared micromobility, electric vehicle conversion, EV charging infrastructure, multi-modal planning, transportation access and mobility improvements, and other strategies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions from Portland's transportation system.
