Transportation decarbonization work at PCEF is broad and may include active transportation, bike and pedestrian infrastructure, complete streets implementation, mode shift initiatives, e-bike and e-scooter access, shared micromobility, electric vehicle conversion, EV charging infrastructure, multi-modal planning, transportation access and mobility improvements, and other strategies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions from Portland's transportation system. The Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) in the Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) is seeking a Transportation Decarbonization Project Manager (Coordinator II - CPPW) to support the implementation of PCEF-funded transportation decarbonization grants, contracts, and strategic programs that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve mobility, and advance social, economic, and environmental justice.
