The Controller performs under limited supervision a wide variety of professional financial management duties in the coordination and supervision of City cash management, accounting, payroll, accounts payable, investment, procurement, inventory control, grants, and financial reporting functions. • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, financial management, or a related field supplemented by three to five years accounting experience • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferable • Valid South Carolina drivers license.
