The Director leads a global team of investigators and partners closely with Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Information Security, Internal Audit, and business leaders to ensure investigations are conducted with professionalism, objectivity, and full adherence to applicable laws and company policies. Conduct and oversee sensitive investigations involving employee misconduct, fraud, ethics violations, corruption, retaliation, workplace threats, conflicts of interest, data loss and misuse, intellectual property theft and protection, asset misappropriation, supplier integrity concerns, and insider threats.
