The selected candidate needs to have the necessary skills to provide technical assistance at the customer's physical premises to install, move, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and assist with any issue that may arise with telecommunications and related equipment, wiring, circuits, connections, as well as supporting networking and telephone/data communication services. Responsibilities:- Overseeing the day-to-day activities related to installation, verification and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, network ports, ethernet and optical Fiber cabling, IP networks.
In this role, you will handle complex and escalated engineering tickets related to cloud identity, conditional access, device compliance, and remote access — bridging Microsoft cloud services with enterprise endpoint management. - Engineer and maintain conditional access policies and device compliance requirements in Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, ensuring cloud-connected endpoints meet security posture requirements before granting network access .
This is not a Tier 1 help desk role — you will design, implement, and maintain technical controls across Windows and macOS environments, covering imaging, patch management, device lifecycle, identity engineering, and telemetry to support threat detection and incident response. Support device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management using Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF; maintain accurate asset inventory.
