As our Property Maintenance Technician , you will: Building & Property Maintenance: Maintain the interior and exterior of the buildings and property and perform daily janitorial duties in common areas, including lobbies, stairwells, walkways, hallways, windows, banisters, bathrooms, and communal rooms. The position supports daily property operations by maintaining buildings, common areas, and grounds, completing work orders, responding to maintenance needs, and assisting with apartment turnovers.
