Perform maintenance and repair on specialized infrastructure elements, including HVAC, LED lighting, electrical distribution for events, irrigation pumps, a specialized water feature, bathroom fixtures, security gates and cameras, elevators, fire alarms, small gas-powered and electric equipment, wood park furniture and decking, concrete structure and pavers, and painted steel. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the High Line's unique infrastructural elements, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
