The SKSG Deployment & Tower Upgrade Project Manager II will lead the SKSG Deployment and Tower Upgrade team, including business development support, strategy, finance, proposal, and project activities. They will be responsible for managing field and warehouse personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and projects to obtain business and financial objectives. This role will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The measurements required for accurate financial reporting, quotes, requests, profitability, forecasting, scheduling, and safety outcomes are critical to the performance of tower deployments and upgrades.The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a Team environment with minimal oversight while also being able to positively follow direction and accurately track the status of assigned deployment and tower upgrade projects. The Deployment & Tower Upgrade Project Manager II will be accountable to closely comply with corporate, project, safety, production, and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include inputs to forecasting, strategy, proposals, reporting, and business reviews.Business Management <ul><li>Provide direction to manage the SKSG Deployment and Tower Upgrade business through the execution of activities throughout the lifecycle of the product. The management of this spans from presales to post-sales support based on the proposed strategy to minimize risk and optimize financial performance.</li><li>Increase proposal activities for SKSG by developing relationships with future customers, maintaining relationships with existing and past customers, and increasing the backlog of the SKSG Deployment and Tower Upgrade work.</li><li>Develop and report weekly financial forecasts for revenue, cost, production, and schedule</li><li>Establish baseline financial performance related to profit and loss through setting goals for achieving revenue projections and business growth.</li></ul> Deployment and Tower Upgrade Management <ul><li>Create and review project bids/quotes/proposals to determine budget and funding limitations, procedures, and time frame for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available manpower resources throughout various phases of the project.</li><li>Establish work plans and staffing approach for each phase of the project, gather necessary resources for successful completion through schedule management, allocation of current resources, recruitment of personnel and subcontractors, and procurement of materials, equipment, and rentals.</li><li>Manage and promote safety practices throughout work activities, enabling opportunities for continuous improvement of safety practices in accordance with industry standards and best practices.</li><li>Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.</li><li>Prepares and maintains job costs and other project reports on a weekly basis for management, clients, and others.</li><li>Negotiates subcontracts and the scope of work with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Negotiates, executes, and initiates all scope and change orders.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all company policies and OSHA/DOT requirements at every phase of the project.</li><li>Works with the Team to develop closeout packages and submits project closeout in order to obtain a letter of acceptance and agreement to complete the project</li></ul> Teamwork <ul><li>Develop win-win interactions with company personnel, suppliers, equipment companies, subcontractors, and customer representatives in a collaborative environment to meet organizational and project deadlines, outcomes, metrics, and mission objectives.</li><li>Participate as a manager by contributing towards the success of each project and the organization.</li><li>Promote the overall company vision of a team approach and maintain open communications/dialogue with all employees, contractors, and the customer to exchange information and gather ideas for continuous improvement and best practices.</li><li>Review submissions and responses for accuracy and approve completed daily reports and timecards of subordinates, warehouse, and field personnel.</li></ul> Reporting <ul><li>Develop and report weekly on forecasts, proposals, business snapshots, and financial performance</li><li>Perform timecard reviews, submit daily updates, and sign timecards weekly to support reporting financial and payroll activities</li><li>Perform job-related reporting requirements per contract and corporate policies and practices.</li><li>Immediately report any safety or accident incidents as required under policy.</li></ul> Driving - Job Details:
GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the management of all employees in the effective planning and implementation of all store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<ul><li style="color:black">Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to federal and state labor laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.</li><li style="color:black">Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for appropriate solutions and/or counseling, up to and including termination.</li><li style="color:black">Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.</li><li style="color:black">Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations regularly; coordinate meetings and events to encourage safety, security and policies.</li><li style="color:black">Ensure that the store is appropriately staffed and effectively opened and closed each day.
