Qualifications include a bachelor's degree strongly preferred, 2+ years of administrative, coordination, or scheduling experience, preferably in a recruiting or HR environment, background in a corporate, manufacturing, or industrial services environment, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong attention to detail and accuracy, professional communication skills, experience with an Applicant Tracking System, ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize competing demands, and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include contributing to sourcing strategy, serving as back-up support to recruiters, coordinating and managing complex interview scheduling activities, serving as a back-up resource to the Recruiters and Corporate Talent Team Lead during the offer process, arranging candidate travel for onsite interviews, maintaining candidate, interview, and requisition data within the ATS, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition operations.
