Oversee the activities of Titan's Finance Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to internal and external monthly financial statements, annual budgets and annual audits. • Responsible for assisting the Vice President of Finance in preparing annual company plan that summarizes and forecasts company business activity and financial position in the areas if income, expenses and earnings based upon past, present and expected operations.
