Founded on the principle of people-first, honesty, collaboration and safety, KBH places skilled professionals in critical individual roles, working side by side with client teams to deliver deep expertise and dependable results.Job Summary<ul><li>Coordinates project teams of one to five people including planning, scheduling, and control of project and program activities. </li><li>Acts as a specialist for specific projects with detailed knowledge of all aspects of the projects.</li></ul>Principal AccountabilitiesAnalytical: <ul><li>Assist with development of project scope, work with assigned project teams. </li><li>Prepare level 1-4 detailed project implementation schedules using P6. </li><li>Integrate project cost estimates and schedule to produce a logic tied, resource loaded cost flow projection. </li><li>Analyze schedule deviations to identify and report on activities with potential impact on cost/schedule. </li></ul>Evaluation: <ul><li>Evaluate real-time cost data to determine the status and financial condition of a project. </li><li>Evaluate and provide recommendations for corrective actions to mitigate cost/schedule overruns. </li><li>Work with Project Managers to develop an accurate Estimate to Completion (ETC) to ensure predictable project performance and cost forecasts. </li><li>Develop reports for project personnel and management, providing updates on the financial health of the project and projected changes in scope/funding requirements as they develop. </li></ul>Administrative: <ul><li>Track changes to projected and actual project budgets and record needed and/or potential budget impacts in the appropriate software along with communicating budget impacts to Corporate Finance. </li><li>Implement budget and schedule changes into the baseline schedule as they are approved by the Project Review Committee and Executive Authorization Committee. </li><li>Review schedule data to ensure the correct scope of work is reflected on all schedules. </li><li>Working with the Project Manager enter schedule status updates monthly in P6.</li><li>Process journal entries into the financial system to accrue for completed but not invoiced work, and to transfer any identified mischarges to the correct project / work order. </li></ul>Systems Management: <ul><li>Enter data into various databases either through direct entry or the translation of electronic data prepared by client organizations. </li><li>Ensure adequate configuration control of the data during the project approval process and project execution. </li><li>Independently perform consistency reviews and provide and resolve findings for projects/schedules. </li><li>Identify Lessons Learned from those reviews and use this information to achieve continuous improvement. </li></ul>Other:<ul><li>Attend project challenge and/or approval meetings, schedule regular meetings with Project Managers, safety meetings, and general staff meetings.</li><li>Follow all process and procedures. </li><li>Provide recommendations to Project Controls Supervision for improving Project Controls processes and desktop instructions. </li><li>Core values in all interactions and activities while focusing on customer service.</li><li>Perform tasks as delegated.</li><li>Materials background desired as well as this role will need to be able to help coordinate all types of projects from IT to electrical to mechanical and in this case, they want someone who understands project coordination for more of mechanical type projects.</li></ul>Skills and Experience<ul><li>Standard project management techniques </li></ul>Required Education and Experience:<ul><li>4-year degree and 4 years experience in IT work Or 10 years experience in IT work.</li><li>Have background in some of the following: Cisco Switches Cisco Firewalls NetApp Storage Trellix/McAfee Cyber Security Devices OWL Data Diodes VMWare Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS) Project Management DCS experience</li></ul>Desired Skills<ul><li>Mechanical Experience is preferred.</li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li>U.S. Citizenship Required</li><li>Schedule: 4 days x 10 hours</li><li>Remote work: No</li><li>Per Diem: No</li><li>Expenses Eligible: Yes</li><li>Being On Call required for role: No</li><li>Badge Level: Green Badge, Level 2</li></ul>The expected base salary for this position ranges from $30.71 to $46.64/hourSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtainedBenefitsKBH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, a 401(k) program, and other employee perks to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**

The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in the daily supervision of the sanitation crew, which entails the daily management of operations. Job duties include

Monitor, measure, and report on operational issues and opportunities, and assists the Site Manager develop and implement improvement plans.

+ Communicate with the Site Manager daily to report accidents, downtime, damage, and other important plant issues.

+ Communicate with Corporate office as needed regarding items such as nightly logs, payroll, chemical and supply orders, timesheets, etc.

+ Complete weekly internal safety audits on staff as well as equipment to ensure we are providing our team members with a safe work environment.

+ Set, monitor, motivate, and track specific goals for the sanitation crew regarding working safe, clean, and on time.

+ Manage and develop direct reporting staff, including, but not limited to, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating, setting, and adjusting of hours of work, handling team member complaints and grievances, disciplining team members, planning and directing the work of team members, etc.

+ Ensure compliance with all internal company procedures and policies including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service.

+ Comply with procedures set forth in team member handbook, safety handbook, cleaning procedure and Corporate Authorities manual.

+ Assist Site Manager in implementation of our training programs including safety training and ERP.

+ Coordinate responses to any governmental or customer deficiencies.

+ Report and investigate all accidents.

+ Monitor treatment of injured team members and assist worker's compensation in providing restricted duty work.

+ Serve as a liaison with customers.

+ Attend sanitation meetings (e.g., production, USDA, audits, etc.) on behalf of the company with the customer.

+ Communicate customer responsibilities required for sanitation of the facility (e.g., maintenance needs, water pressure/temperature, customer provided supplies, etc.).

+ Submit corrective actions procedures to customer when necessary to remedy issues.

+ Follow-up with customers to ensure that problems are resolved to their satisfaction.

+ Act as liaison with regulatory agencies as needed.

+ Supported by Human Resources, Payroll and Technical Services with any government agencies (e.g., OSHA, ICE, EEOC, NLRB, DOL, etc.) matters.

+ Other duties as assigned.

**YOUR MUST HAVES:**

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

+ Ability to read, write, add, and subtract.

+ 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience.

+ General working knowledge of computers and technology.

+ Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations while wearing Personal Protective Equipment ("PPE").

+ Ability to fluently speak, read, and write Spanish and English.
