Overview:
The Corporate Compliance and Risk Manager ensures the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. This role is critical in managing and monitoring compliance programs, assessing risks, providing training, and advising leadership on regulatory matters to safeguard the organization from legal and financial risks.

Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:<ul><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s compliance programs, ensuring they align with industry regulations and internal policies.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and advise leadership on the impact of new laws, regulations, and standards.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Plan, execute, and oversee internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance programs and identify potential areas for improvement.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies, procedures, and ethical standards.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audits, training sessions, and any regulatory violations or concerns including providing regular compliance updates and reports to senior management and the board of directors.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues, including handling whistleblower complaints and conducting internal investigations when necessary.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Work closely with legal, internal audit, and other relevant departments to ensure company-wide compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.</li><li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Assist in drafting and updating policies and procedures to ensure they remain compliant with laws and regulations.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - CCEP) is a plus.</li><li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance related activities or in a related field in the aerospace and defense sector.</li><li style="line-height:115%;font-size:12pt;font-family:'aptos' , sans-serif">In-depth knowledge of industry-specific regulations, laws, and best practices. Stock merchandise, rotate and face merchandise on shelves, and build merchandise displays. Restock returned and recovered merchandise. Open the store a minimum of one day per week; close the store a minimum of one day per week. Authorize and sign for refunds and overrides; count register; drive to bank and deposit money in bank. Assist in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through strict cashier accountability, key control and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures. Job Details:
