p>Under the direct supervision of the Residential Clinical Supervisor, the Residential Counselor will provide residential clients with individual counseling for personal development, and conduct addiction group counseling, skills building sessions and alcohol/drug education classes. Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) or an advanced clinical degree in human services, such as a master's in clinical psychology or master's in counseling psychology, or social work preferred.
