Career Growth: As you hit the benchmarks, Master Craftsman can earn $120,000+ per year.No Weekends: We work hard Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm, but your weekends are yours.Paid Time Off (PTO): Enjoy 5 weeks of paid time off (15 days of scheduled holidays and 10 days of vacation time) .Professional Equipment: We provide a Mercedes Sprinter high top van and a tablet to help you succeed in your role.Supportive Team: You'll work alongside talented, professional craftsmen in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and excellence.Administrative Support: Our Office Manager handles all the calls, paperwork, and scheduling so that you can dedicate more time to the craftsmanship of the project.Parental Leave: 3 weeks of paid paternity leave/ 6 weeks of paid maternity leave.
