The Resident Assistant (RA) provides compassionate, person-centered care and supportive services to residents by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence, and creating a warm, engaging home-like environment. Working under the supervision of the Resident Care Director or designated leadership, the Resident Assistant collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident care in accordance with individualized support plans, company policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
