In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Quality Assurance, and internal stakeholder teams to help define, document, and deliver innovative AI-powered and digital products for agency operations and client projects. Support prompt writing and AI agent creation by drafting, testing, and refining prompt instructions, agent workflows, and use case documentation in partnership with Product, Engineering, and stakeholder teams.
