Working closely with Radiologists, physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals, the CT Technologist supports diagnostic imaging procedures, assists with patient care, and ensures timely image processing and transmission to PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) for physician interpretation. Other system services include the Central Maine Heart and Vascular Institute, a regional trauma program, LifeFlight of Maine's southern Maine base, the Central Maine Comprehensive Cancer Center and other high-quality clinical services.
