The position reports to the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and engages with key stakeholders throughout the museum (curators, creative producers in performing arts and public programs, members of advancement team, etc.) to assess needs, audiences and project timelines, and develops marketing campaign objectives, audience development goals, and branded marketing materials across channels. Duties and Responsibilities: Devise, develop and implement seasonal and annual marketing and media plans in collaboration with the CCO that elevate MASS MoCA and its programming (performing arts, visual arts, public programs, retail stores and special events) and support audience benchmark goals for local, regional, national and international visitors.
